Error: 'PSI0120 End all other jobs that could be locking NetIQ objects then press G to continue, or press C to cancel the product installation' received while upgrading to VigilEnt Security Agent for iSeries 7.5.

cause
Objects related to the product are locked. We recommend doing the upgrade while in Restricted state to avoid such issues.

fix

Use the command WRKOBJLCK OBJ(PSCOMMON) OBJTYPE(*LIB) to determine who has a lock on this library and release it. Answer "G" (go) to the message in the upgrade job.
