cause

The option to disable the source account was selected during migration and DMA has connected to a BDC rather than the PDC. This is typically a result of use of the Server Override as described in the following knowledge base article:

fix
If you have used the server override account previously and pointed DMA to a BDC, either remove the override account or update DMA to point to the PDC.
