Exchange Migrator 2.x
Exchange Migrator unexpectedly closes during a CSV file import.
If the user interface closes without notice during the import of a CSV file, a field within your CSV file may exceed 20,000 characters, or the CSV file was improperly edited with Microsoft Excel.
When exporting your objects from Exchange Administrator, use the template provided with Exchange Migrator. You can find the template.csv file in the folder to which you installed the product. By default, the install folder is \Program Files\NetIQ\Exchange Migrator.
The template.csv file is included in Exchange Migrator 2.3 and later. If you are using a version of Exchange Migrator prior to 2.3, please contact NetIQ Technical Support to request a copy of the template.csv file for use with the import process.
