cause

This is a known user interface (UI) issue where DRA is not appending the additional status information (StatusStr) to the display.  This issue is most commonly seen when using LPR printing.

Example:  If the actual status of a print job is 'Printing Spooling', DRA will display the status as 'Printing'. The additional status text after 'Printing' is available using the StatusStr hint. In this example, StatusStr contains the value 'Spooling'; so, the correct behavior should be to display the 'Printing' status and if StatusStr is also set, then append "- " and StatusStr.   

fix

This is corrected in DRA 7.5 and later. To resolve this issue upgrade to the latest version of DRA.
