The ability to manage print job priorities is not available in the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 7.x Web Console.  The DRA 8.0 Web Console now has this functionality.

This issue is resolved in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 8.0 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this problem.
