To disable the heartbeat check, follow these steps:

  1. Open the VigilEnt Security Server Configuration Utility.

  2. Click the Heartbeat tab.

  3. Change the Heartbeat Automatic Polling setting to disabled.

  4. Click Apply and OK to close the configuration utility.



note
This disables heartbeat check for all VigilEnt Security Agents.
