VigilEnt Security Manager 4.1
After logging in, the VSOC application disappears. No error message is displayed.
This is caused by a bad Unix snap-in application.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following:
- Using SQL Server Enterprise Manager, go to the VigilEnt database and display all rows of the VSOC_SnapinApps table and note the TaskID for any UNIX snapin mods (anything with UNIX in the ApplicationName column).
- Return all rows on the VSOC_SnapinAppsConfig table and on any row that has a matching TaskID from the previous step, change the Loaded column from 1 to 0.
