If the domain controller that the Directory and Resource Administrator server is connected to, is changed using the Delegation and Configuration Management console, the server attempts to perform a Full Accounts Cache refresh for the domain by connecting to the new domain controller. Before performing the refresh a warning message will be displayed indicating that a Full Accounts Cache refresh must be performed when changing the Preferred domain controller.
