The ability to unlock a user account on a specific domain controller, using the Win32 GUI, was only available in DRA 7.0 when performing the Reset Password operation.  Starting in Directory and Resource Administrator 7.5, you can now specify the domain controller to commit account unlock to when unlocking a user account via the 32 bit GUI.

This issue is resolved in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 7.5 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this problem.
