QYPSJSVR is an IBM supplied User Profile used by their Performance Monitor product.  You may see collected entries for commands it attempts, such as, end job. The collected entry will include an IP address, which will be loop-back address as the command is being attempted on that system against that same system. 

If you wish to allow this function to occur, you will need to create a Secured Entry for it, using Option 3=Create Secured.
