Unable to print the Security Checkup Template in VigilEnt Security Manager.
Security Checkup report content is blank with only the header information displaying on the screen.
The cause of this due to a refresh issue in VigilEnt Security Operations Center (VSOC). This issue can occur if the Security Checkup template was changed in a seperate instance of VSOC and VSOC has not refreshed on the machine where the print was attempted. At this point, the SQL stored procedure that makes the call to the VigiEnt database calls the original version of the Security Checkup template which is no longer available. This results in a blank report.
To resolve the above issue, from within VSOC please press the F5 (refresh) key and wait until the GUI refresh is complete. Finally, attempt to print the Security Checkup template again by performing the steps below:
- Right-click the Security Checkup template and select VSM Actions | Print...
- Select one of the reports in the list and click Print.
The contents of the Security Checkup Template should display on the screen.
