In order to enable the Recycle Bin perform the following steps:

  1. Launch the 'Delegation and Configuration Management' console, logged in as a DRA Admin.
  2. Select the domain under Configuration Management | Managed domains.
  3. Right-click the domain and select Properties.
  4. Select the Recycle Bin tab.
  5. Check the Enable the recycle bin for this domain option.
  6. Click OK.
