To address this issue, restart the Exchange System Attendant. Then, restart the local Global Catalog server.

cause
The Exchange System Attendant is not functioning properly due to communications issues with the Global Catalog (GC) server. A Global Catalog must be available for the Exchange System Attendant to start and function correctly.
fix
To address this issue, restart the Exchange System Attendant. Then, restart the local Global Catalog server.
