Unable to open/create a Public Folder.
symptom
cause
The target mailbox identified by the target MAPI profile, in the migration settings wizard, does not have the create subfolders permission on the target parent public folder.
fix
Grant the target mailbox the create subfolders permission on the target folder 'PF3' via the public folder permissions tab in Outlook.
