symptom
A time out condition is encountered when running the Object Authority by Object report.

symptom
The Object Authority by Object report will not process.

cause
The AS/400 joblog states that user profile PSOBJOWNS is disabled.

fix

Enable the PSOBJOWNS user profile by doing the following:

  1. On a OS/400 command line, type CHGUSRPRF PSOBJOWNS, and press Enter.

  2. Change the Status field from *DISABLED to *ENABLED, and press Enter. 


    3. note
    VigilEnt Security Manager (VSM) reports run under the PSOBJOWNS user profile, and this profile must remain *ENABLED.
