symptom
Directory and Resource Administrator deletes the original account during a 'UserCopy' operation if the new account 'displayname' property is the same as the template account.

Cause

The validation code is not executed if a trigger is enabled for the UserCopy operation.

Fix

To resolve this issue, install Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 7.0 SP1.

Note

If a trigger is enabled for the UserCopy operation such as the Lastname, Firstname trigger it exposes an error in the server code where the validation code does not run to verify there will be two objects with the same displayname.   This will is corrected in DRA 7.0 SP1.
