Due to a code issue VigilEnt Security Agent for Sybase SP4 does not correctly drop and replace the existing sp_password stored procedure.

fix

To fix this problem, install hotfix NETIQKB37620 on every computer where you run the Password Manager console.  The hotfix is available from the Extended Support site for the Vigilent Security Agent for Sybase.
