Audit Manager is not able to create triggers on partitioned tables.
fix
To fix this problem, install Hotfix 37621 on every computer where you run the Audit Manager console. This hotfix corrects an issue with the way that the VigilEnt Security Agent for Oracle works with partitioned databases.
