The Exchange 5.5 mailbox tab is being displayed even though the Assistant Admin cloning the user account has not been delegated any powers to clone an Exchange 5.5 mailbox.
symptom
Assistant Admins are provided with the Exchange 5.5 mailbox tab and must fill in the required fields or else they are not able to complete the user clone process.
cause
This is caused by an issue in the Directory and Resource Administrator client interface. The Exchange 5.5 mailbox tab is displayed but the information entered by the Assistant Admin is ignored and the Exchange 5.5 mailbox does not get created.
fix
This issue has been identified by NetIQ and has been fixed in Service Pack 1 for Directory and Resource Administrator 7.0.
