Situation

Is the Specify DC option available when modifying group membership?

Can I specfiy a DC when changing group membership properties?

How do I use a specfic DC when changing group membership properties?

Resolution

No.  The Specify DC option, which allows you to select a domain controller when performing certain tasks in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA), is not available when modifying group membership of an account.


Cause

Certain actions within DRA can be forced to occur on a specfic windows DC.
