This is corrected in Directory and Resource Administrator Service Pack 1. To resolve, upgrade to latest version.
Alternatively, a workaround in for DRA 7.0 is to enable a post task trigger tied to the UserGetInfo operation that corrects the format of information on the server so that the UI correctly displays the information.
