fix

WebSphere supports coexistence of WebSphere 4 and WebSphere 5 installations on a single machine.  In order to discover each of the WebSphere installations, you will need to provide the perfservlet URL used by each installation, and you will also need to provide the WebSphere root directories for each of the installations.  To do this, provide a string containing both URLs, separated from one another by a semicolon, as the value of the ?Semicolon-separated list of perfservlet URLs? parameter.  Likewise, provide a string containing both full pathnames, separated from one another by a semicolon, as the value of the ?Semicolon-separated list of directories to search for WebSphere home directory? parameter.

Note that you must discover all WebSphere installations on a single machine with a single execution of the Discovery Knowledge Script, rather than running Discovery twice.  This is because each time Discovery is run, the WebSphereAppSrv resources in the TreeView are replaced by the newly discovered resources.  Thus, all resources should be discovered during a single execution of the Discovery Knowledge Script.
