To collect logs, follow these steps:
- Log into VigilEnt Security Manager.
- Go to Tools | Options on the menu bar.
- Select the Other tab.
- Change the debug level to 6.
- Click Apply.
- Attempt to do the action that was causing the problem or error.
- The logs are located in the two following locations:
.\Program Files\NetIQ VigilEnt Security Manager\VSOC\VSOC_exceptions.log
.\Program Files\NetIQ VigilEnt Security Manager\VSM\Error.log
