Secure Password Administrator is licensed based on the number of profiles created. Profiles are based on individuals and can contain any number of user accounts.

For example, a research engineer may need user accounts in a development domain, a testing domain, and the corporate domain. As long as Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) is managing all three of these domains, the engineer can register all three user accounts with Secure Password Administrator under a single profile.
