symptom
The DRA Reporting import process never completes or takes a very long time when importing Usage and Operation History information.
cause
This is an issue in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 6.5, where the event log import is not optimized for large number of events being imported. The issue is a server side issue during the EventEnum operation.
fix
This issue is resolved with the release of Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) version 6.6 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this issue.
