Error: 'Invalid Argument'  when running an Import in the Reporting tool.

symptom
Attempting to run an import generates an 'Invalid Argument' error window and the Import fails.

cause
This error message is caused due to corrupt reporting database files.

fix

In order to resolve this issue, move the existing database files to another location and re-install the Reporting Tool.
