To configure the ability to swap profiles in Remote Request Management follow the instructions below:

  1. From the PSSecure main menu, select Option 3 Remote Request Management, press Enter.
  2. Select Option 8 Work with Exit Points, press Enter.
  3. Indicate 2=Edit next to the exit point, press Enter.
  4. In the 'Allow Swap' field indicate *YES, press Enter.

The Secured Entry should indicate the user profile needed for the swap.  Follow the instructions below: 

  1. From the PSSecure main menu, select Option 3 Remote Request Management, press Enter.
  2. Select Option 1 Work with Secured Entries, press Enter.
  3. Indicate 2=Edit next to the Secured Entry, press Enter.
  4. In the 'Swap Profile' field indicate the user profile needed for the swap, press Enter twice. 

 

 



note
User profile authority can be swapped only if the associated exit points are secured.
