No OUs are displayed when an Assistant Admin selects the Browse option when creating a user account.

When creating an object using the Web Console, no OUs are enumerated when the Assistant Admin clicks the Browse option to specify an OU where the object will be created.

OU enumerations are blank when using Internet Explorer 5.5 with the Web Console.
cause
This problem occurs if the Assistant Admin attempting to create the object using the Web Console is running Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.50. This is due to an issue in the DRAWCUtility.dll, where the appendChild method is not appending to the body.
fix
This problem has been identified by NetIQ and has been fixed in Service Pack 1 for Directory and Resource Administrator 7.0.
The following workaround is also available to address this problem if you are unable to install SP1:
- Upgrade Microsoft Internet Explorer to version 6.0 or later
