To send a reminder email to users:

1. Log on to the Administration site of VigilEnt Policy Center.
2. Select the Compliance tab.
3. Run the Exception report that you want by clicking either Policy Reports or Quiz Reports.
4. Click on the tab that corresponds to the state of the policy or quiz, either Review, Published, or Archived.
5. Select the policy or quiz that you want.
6. Click the Report icon to display the Report Generation window.
7. Select Exception as the report Type.
8. Click OK to display the View Reports window.
9. Click on the report you just ran to see all users who have not acknowledged the policy or taken the quiz.
10. Click E-mail at the bottom of the window.
11. Type an email address in the From field.
12. Type a note in the Message Text field. 
13. Click Submit to send the message to all users who have not acknowledged the policy or taken the quiz.
