The easiest way to determine which version of the VigilEnt Security Agent (VSA) for SQL Server is loaded in your environment is to perform the following steps:

  1. On the VSA for SQL Server agent machine, navigate to the following directory:  ..\Program Files\Pentasafe\VigilEnt Security Agent for Microsoft SQL Server. 
  2. Locate the Install.log file and review the first few lines of the text to verify the version.
