NetIQ GPA 3.0 does not display information pertaining to the "Apply Order" of GPOs when running an RSoP Analysis. 

In NetIQ GPA 4.0, when you run an RSoP analysis, the "Apply Order" of the GPO's is displayed.  In addition, NetIQ GPA provides a quick display of the 'why' the GPO did not apply the disabled link, blocked inheritance, empty section...etc.
