No, the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 6.x MMC interface and the DRA 7.x Win32 graphical user interface (GUI) can not be installed on the same machine.  When attempting to install the DRA 7.x Win32 GUI on a machine on which the DRA 6.x MMC interface is installed, the Setup program detects that an older version of the product is currently installed and upgrades the client interface to the latest version.
