Currently, the WTS property Inherit client configuration is not available via the CLI.  The Inherit client configuration property is available via the MMC and DRA ADSI provider.   A potential workaround for performing bulk changes to the Inherit client configuration property is to use the UpdateWin2k.xls example spreadsheet.   

This Excel application allows the retrieval of properties of various classes (computer, contact, group, organizationalUnit, user) from Active Directory and the ability to update multiple properties to Active Directory from a spreadsheet.  The UpdateWin2k.xls can be found under the ADSI & CLI scripts section of the Knowledge Depot at:

The functionality of adding the WTS property Inherit client configuration to the CLI is being considered in a future release of DRA.
