No.  When upgrading Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) from an older version to a newer version, the license key does not need to be upgraded.  DRA license keys are not version-specific.  Upgrading from any previous version of DRA (including 6.x version) to the latest version preserves the license information and you will not be prompted to re-apply the license key.  DRA license keys are forward-compatible.
