No.  The Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 6.x MMC interface cannot connect to a DRA 7.x server and vice-versa. The following two Win32 GUI interfaces in DRA 7.x replace the functionality of the DRA 6.x MMC interface:

  • Account and Resource Management
  • Delegation and Configuration Management
