How do I set up VPC to use electronic signatures to verify if a policy or quiz has been read or taken?

Please refer to the following steps:
- From the Administration Site, click the Administration tab, User Site, and Privileges.
Note: To get to the Administration Site from the VPC server, click Start | Programs | PentaSafe | VigilEnt Policy Center | Administration Site.
- Click Activate electronic signature on user acknowledgement of documents read or reviewed to use an electronic signature to acknowledge having read or reviewed documents.
- If you do not wish to provide an acknowledgement, click Deactivate electronic signature on user acknowledgement of documents read or reviewed.
- Click Update and VigilEnt Policy Center (VPC) changes the User Site information. VPC displays the electronic signature on the User Site as the Password field as shown:
NOTE: Audit logging should be enabled for the electronic signature feature to display on the User Site. For assistance in enabling Audit logging, please refer to the following knowledge base article:
