Please refer to the following steps:

  1. From the Administration Site, click the Administration tab, User Site, and  Privileges

    Note: To get to the Administration Site from the VPC server, click  Start | Programs | PentaSafe | VigilEnt Policy Center | Administration Site.
  2. Click Activate electronic signature on user acknowledgement of documents read or reviewed to use an electronic signature to acknowledge having read or reviewed documents.
  3. If you do not wish to provide an acknowledgement, click Deactivate electronic signature on user acknowledgement of documents read or reviewed.
  4. Click Update and VigilEnt Policy Center (VPC) changes the User Site information. VPC displays the electronic signature on the User Site as the Password field as shown:

 

     

    NOTE:  Audit logging should be enabled for the electronic signature feature to display on the User Site.  For assistance in enabling Audit logging, please refer to the following knowledge base article:
