Exchange Migrator does not migrate the storage limits  ( size restrictions ) set on the Private Information Store of the source Exchange 5.5 Server. However, it does migrate storage limits which are set on the Limits tab of the indvidual mailboxes. It will only bring them over during the actual mailbox migration, even if the setting to migrate mailboxes without messages is used.  If the limits are set or changed after the mailbox is migrated, EM will not update or add the new limit during the Synchronize and Update Migrated Mailboxes step.
