How do I remove a users authority to use the product?

fix

To remove a users ability to use the iSeries product refer to the following:

  1. Logon to the AS/400 with a profile that has Authority Administration rights to the product.
  2. From a Command Line type PSMENU and press Enter.
  3. Select Option 1 Authorize users to products, press Enter.
  4. Indicate the user profile to be removed, *ALL for the Product, *REVOKE for the Authority and press Enter.  A batch job will be submitted.  When it completes, the profile will no longer have authority to the product.

If the User Profile involved did not have Special Authority *AUDIT prior to being authorized to the PSAudit portion of the iSeries product, this Special Authority should be removed manually via the CHGUSRPRF command.
