Situation
Failed to fetch e-mail format for source information
Resolution
If you are unable to see the Services and/or Microsoft Exchange container, then the account you are using does not have enough permissions. Grant the permissions necessary on the native ADSI objects in order to allow your account to browse to the Default Policy.
If you are unable to connect to the DC to browse the Configuration container, make sure you resolve any native network issues that are preventing this connection. Once you are able to browse to this container, you should be able to restart the migration with Exchange Migrator.
