Yes, in Directory and Resource Administrator version 7.0 and later properties such as the SMTP and\or X400 address located on the Email addresses tab can be managed using the Web Console.  The SMTP and\or X400 address for an Exchange 2000 mailbox cannot be modified using the Web Console if running version 6.60 and earlier.
