Inbox subfolders do not migrate.
symptom
A subfolder of the inbox is migrated to the target, but the data in the subfolder is not.
cause
An incorrect version of MAPI32.DLL exists in the ...\winnt\system32 directory.
fix
Place a valid version of MAPI32.DLL in the ...\winnt\system32 directory and retry the migration after an undo of the same mailbox. Test a new mailbox migration, and do not forget to use the 'Synchronize and Update Migrated Mailboxes' wizard.

Valid versions of MAPI32.DLL are included with Exchange 2000 SP2 and above, and should be a 6.x version.
