An error is produced in the 'Users not logged on within 60 days' and 'User List' reports.

symptom
Error: 'Error generating report. Class not registered.'

cause
The cause of this issue is due to the VigilEnt Security Agent for Windows (VSANT) 'psutility.dll' not being registered.

fix

Please follow the steps below to register the dll:

1. Click Start | Run while on the agent machine.
   
2. Type cmd and click OK.
   
3. Navigate to the directory where the agent is installed.  The default folder is C:\Program Files\PentaSafe\VSANT .
   
4. Run the following command: 
   
• regsvr32 psutility.dll

NOTE:  If running the regsvr32 command from a directory other than VSANT, the command would then be as follows:

• regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Pentasafe\VSANT\psutility.dll"
