When creating a user in native tools (i.e. Active Directory Users and Computers), the wizard automatically fills the 'Full name' field with information from 'First name', 'Initials', and 'Last name' fields. Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 6.x does not use the 'Initials' field, but only fills the 'Full name' field with information from 'First name' and 'Last name' fields.  DRA 7.0 includes the 'Intials field', as well as, the 'First name' and 'Last name' field, when auto filling the 'Full name' field during the User Create operation.

This issue is resolved in (DRA) version 7.0 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this issue.
