Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) versions 7.x and prior do not allow the ability to set the Primary Group of a user via the Web console.  This feature was added in DRA 8.0.

This issue is resolved in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 8.0 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this problem.
