When a comma is entered in the 'FullName' field, during the UserClone operation via the web console, an extra \ is added to the Fullname field.
symptom
When viewing the properties of a User, the fullname is listed with a '\' character.
cause
This issue is introduced by Hotfix 27919. The server or ADSI provider is escaping special characters during copy operations, but not during create operations. The Web Console is escaping names in both cases, but in the copy operation this caused a double escape character.
fix
The issue is addressed in Directory and Resource Administrator 7.0 and later. DRA 7.0 removed the escaping from the Web Console's copy code. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this issue.
