fix

Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 7.0 SP1 and prior do not have the ability to copy only the groupmembership of one user and apply them to another user.  However, this feature has been added in DRA 7.5 with the "TransformUser" ability. 

The Transform User ability allows Assistant Admins to transform a user from current group memberships to interim or new memberships.
