To change the 'Collection Method', to collect Rejected entries only, refer to the following:

  1. Select Option 3 Remote Request Management, from the PSSecure Main Menu and press Enter.
  2. Select Option 8 Work with Exit Points and press Enter.
  3. Next to the Exit Point of choice, press F7 = Update All or Option 2=Edit.
  4. Change the 'Collected' value to *REJECTED (the screen indicates *REJECT as the value which is incorrect).
