The partner was recently deleted from the partner list in the Password Manager console.

cause
A pending password change for the deleted partner exists in the SQLCQR_PWDMGR_PARTNERS2SYNC table.

fix
Delete any entries related to the deleted partner from the SQLCQR_PWDMGR_PARTNERS2SYNC table.
