There is no default way to select multiple storage groups and map specific users to those groups. The following are workaround steps for this issue:

  1. Execute the Select Mail Objects wizard.
  2. Select all of the objects you wish to migrate.
  3. Execute the Specify Migration Options.
  4. Select the first storage group.
  5. Execute the Migrate Mailboxes wizard and only select the users who you wish to place in this storage group.
  6. Execute the Specify Migration Options wizard.
  7. Select the next storage group.
  8. Execute the Migrate Mailboxes wizard and select the mailboxes you wish to place in this storage group.
  9. Repeat for all desired storage groups.
