Situation

MCH3601 Pointer not set for location referenced

MCH6902 The requested heap space operation is invalid.

Resolution

Delete the version of the command in QGPL using the DLTCMD command and then use command CRTDUPOBJ to make a copy of STROAMAPI from library PSSECURE to library QGPL.

Cause

This can happen if the STROAMAPI command in QGPL gets out of sync with the version in library PSSECURE.
